Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engage our target audience.
- Create compelling and shareable content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content development.
- Write and edit blog posts, articles, website content, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media and website use.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist in organizing and executing social media campaigns, contests, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and align marketing efforts.
- Support the marketing team in various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Basic understanding of content management systems and basic HTML.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheet, Slide).
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
