Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and nurturing relationships with existing clients. 


Your role will be vital in driving our company’s expansion and revenue generation.



  • Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.


  • Develop and implement effective strategies to promote business growth and achieve sales targets.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.


  • Conduct negotiations, prepare and present proposals, and close deals with clients.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and strategies to attract new clients.


  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.


  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue, and projections to the management team.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.


  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in business developments.




  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the tech industry.


  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a focus on achieving results.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
